We do not advise anyone to pre-book an electrician, plumber, builder, or any installer until goods have been received and checked.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Made To Order Products
Some items on our website are individually made to order, once ordered and confirmed these items can not be cancelled or returned as they are made at the customers request.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept
Visa, Delta, Solo and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail - 57 Faringdon Rd, St Judes, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 9ER or over the Internet.
For orders over £2500 we may ask for a B.A.C.S payment / transfer as an alternative to credit card payment.
Your Right To Cancel
Under the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
This does not apply to special order & made to order products.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty.
All goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
If a collection is required a charge may be made.
Prices
We retain the right to make adjustments to the pricing on this site to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, the imposition of any taxes or duties. Or if due to an error omission, the price published for the goods is incorrect regardless of the status of the order.
Completion Of Contract
We consider the contract complete when the delivery has been made in full.
Shipping And Handling
All orders with any amount of products have one simple delivery charge of £5.99 + Vat.
In extreme circumstances / postal areas P & P surcharge may apply.
We deliver to UK Mainland only, we do not deliver to shipping agents, Customers wishing to ship goods abroad should be aware of the following points:
Manufacturer warranties are only valid in the UK.
Discountedheating.co.uk will not be liable for the return of damaged or faulty goods from outside the UK.
All goods must be checked for damage or defects.
Please ensure the goods are ordered well in advance of your shipping schedules
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 business days .
Certain items listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time.
All customers will be contacted by email to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of Monday and Friday 8 AM to 6 PM (excluding weekends) - we are unable to give exact delivery times.
You can also specify your required date between the days of Monday and Friday (excluding weekends) on your online order.
On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer or agent, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as un-checked. Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify www.Discountedheating.co.uk of any damage, shortages or incorrect items, if we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify www.discountedheating.co.uk in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days. PLEASE NOTE: Our Suppliers will only make one delivery, if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery a charge will be made to deliver a second time.
There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety the driver is only contracted to deliver Kerbside, Delivery inside a customers property is at the drivers discretion.
For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adaquate assistance in helping the driver unload.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage
MAINLAND UK DELIVERIES:
All orders have one simple shipping charge of £5.99 + Vat. In extreme circumstances / postal areas P&P surcharge may apply.

Delivery to a different address other than the card holder address is at our discretion.
Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty.

For goods which have arrived damaged you will need to contact us within 3 working days of reciept of the order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You have seven days cancellation period after you have received the goods providing that they are in a re-saleable condition, you will have to pay collection/courier service. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days.
