Timeguard Thermolay Electric Mat System
Ideal for both small and larger installations where unobstructed floor space enables the simple un-reeling
of the mat onto the floor surface. As the heating cable is secured in the Mat in a uniform pattern, hot and
cold spots are easily avoided when installing and the pre-attached self adhesive strips make floor laying
even simpler.

Timeguard Thermolay Electric Flexi-Fast Mat System
Timeguard have now extended the thermolay range to include a 200W rated Flexi-Fast Mat designed for
inherent cold rooms that require a fast response time to meet temperature settings.
Ideal for single source heating – bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories etc. (subject to meeting the insulation
requirements of the current building regulations). For smaller installations also consider the Cable system.

Timeguard Thermolay Electric Flexi-mat System
The simplest and most convenient matting system. Flexi-Mat is similar to the fixed mat system but has the
added advantage of being flexible and will stretch up to 50% in length to accommodate different W/m²
requirements and allows for in-situ adjustments. With the heating cable secured to the mat in a uniform
pattern, hot and cold spots are easily avoided and with the benefit of the extra stretch, makes this system t
he ideal kit for all room installations.
