Shipping Charges

DELIVERY

We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, however, please note; alternative delivery addresses on a first order are subject to accounts discretion. Please note that if paying via PayPal, for security purposes your delivery address MUST be the same as your billing address.

We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 business days. Certain items listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time. All customers will be contacted by email to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of Monday and Friday 8 AM to 6 PM (excluding weekends) - we are unable to give exact delivery times.

You can also specify your required date between the days of Monday and Friday (excluding weekends) on your online order.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify www.Discountedheating.co.uk of any damage, shortages or incorrect items, if we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify www.discountedheating.co.uk in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Suppliers will only make one delivery, if you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery a charge will be made to deliver a second time.

There will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety the driver is only contracted to deliver curbside, Delivery inside a customers property is at the drivers discretion.

For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adaquate assistance in helping the driver unload.

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.

MAINLAND UK DELIVERIES

All orders have one simple shipping charge of £5.99 + Vat (with the exception of larger household appliances which will incur a £19.99 + vat delivery charge). In extreme circumstances / postal areas P & P surcharge may apply.

SCOTLAND AND IRELAND DELIVERIES

There may be an extra charge for some deliveries made to Scotland and Ireland, please call for further details before placing your order on 0844 567 8884 or alternatively you can always email our customer service team at info@discountedheating.co.uk

EXCLUSIONS

Discounted Heating do NOT:

• Offer next day delivery
• Deliver outside of the UK. You may choose to arrange your own delivery outside of the UK, but in these circumstances Discounted Heating will not absorb delivery costs, nor delivery costs for returned goods.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders with any amount of products have one simple delivery charge of £5.99 + Vat. In extreme circumstances / postal areas P & P surcharge may apply.

We deliver to UK Mainland only. We do not deliver to shipping agents. Customers wishing to ship goods abroad should be aware of the following points:

• Manufacturer warranties are only valid in the UK
• Discountedheating.co.uk will not be liable for the return of damaged or faulty goods from outside the UK
• All goods must be checked for damage or defects
• Please ensure the goods are ordered well in advance of your shipping schedules

Please do not install your product if it is damaged, or incorrect as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO PRE-BOOK AN ELECTRICIAN, PLUMBER, BUILDER OR ANY INSTALLER UNTIL GOODS HAVE BEEN RECIEVED AND CHECKED, AS DISCOUNTED HEATING WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR TRADESPERSON(S) CHARGES.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

PAYPAL

Please note that Paypal is an external company. Whilst Paypal does accept payment from all countries, at Discounted Heating we are unable to provide overseas shipping. We recommend that you read PayPal's terms and conditions in order to ensure you use the system correctly and avoid any possible disappointment. View PayPal’s terms and conditions.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING

As soon as we have received authorisation for the payment from PayPal, we will begin to process your order through our system and will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email constitutes acceptance by us and at this point a contract is formed between us. It is our policy to charge payment upon taking an order even if the goods are not immediately available for shipment.
