HouseHeat System 1 allows you to control one radiator in one room or zone of your home or property. HouseHeat communicates wirelessly between the room thermostats and automatic valve motors fitted to each radiator valve in place of traditional thermostatic or manual valve heads. Each room thermostat controls up to 8 valve motors, which means that a maximum of 8 radiators can be controlled by one room thermostat. For rooms with more than 8 radiators, two or more room thermostats can be used. A master controller is available if required from which all room thermostats in the building may be controlled. The HouseHeat system is compatible with most old and existing radiator valves on the UK market. HouseHeat Save up to 35% per annum on heating bill...much more efficient than 1 thermostat for the whole house as you can programme each individual room. More efficient than TRVs as people never adjust them.
