Thank you for the firstclass service your Company gave us, following our
order for radiators.  When we arrived in Cumbria on Thursday evening, they
had been delivered to our door and they were in excellent condition and were
fitted the following day and are now working well.  We didn't really know
what to expect after placing the order but were very impressed by the
immediate response via e mail, even though it was Sunday morning.  That
boosted our confidence in your Company and we have recommended your service
to friends and family.  Thanks again, it's very rare these days to receive
