Delivery
We process orders right away. We will normally send the order to you in 3 - 5 business days unless otherwise stated, subject to stock availability. Certain items (eg. oil tanks) listed within our website are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time. We therefore urge that you always allow a substantial amount of time between placing your order and booking your technician.
All customers will be contacted by email to confirm a convenient delivery date between the days of Monday and Friday 8am to 6pm (excluding weekends). We apologise that we are unable to give exact delivery times. You can also specify your required date between the days of Monday and Friday (excluding weekends) on your online order.
Next Day Delivery
Please note that we DO NOT offer next day delivery on any items.
Overseas Delivery
Please note that we do not offer overseas delivery. For PayPal customers there may be some conflict with delivery messages promoted by PayPal, however at Discounted Heating's own delivery terms and conditions apply.

All products in our online heating and plumbing catalogue are sold with a manufacturer's guarantee, which range from 1 to 25 years depending on the individual item. We aim to be extremely competitive on all of our products, and are able to price match other online suppliers on the majority of items.
If you require an item that we have not displayed on our site please do not hesitate to email us with any additional requirements and we will not only source the product just for you, we will also get you the best price available.
